Our partner Parkinson-Spencer Refractories Ltd. (PSR) provides a complete combustion system for the refiner and the forehearth. Compared to a low pressure system the PSR high pressure system offers a wide operating range and provides a good low fire position.
The high pressure combustion system is designed to achieve a constant mixing ratio in the outlet over the full operating range. A special ”Multi Ratio”-Mixer ensures a constant mixing ratio for each opening position of the mixer by using fine adjustments over the whole mechanical working range
