The innovative Graphoidal Scoop Spray System can either be integrated into a Graphoidal Shear Spray System or can be manufactured as a stand-alone system. With both versions it is possible to accurately dose and adjust the shear sprays and reduce the overall consumption.
It is possible to set very small amounts of scoop oil by entering the required amount in ml per hour on the touch screen. The system can be configured for one or multiple media and can alternatively be supplied as oil in water or oil in air version. With the oil in air version it is possible to spray optionally and as required pure scoop oil, oil water emulsion or just pure water.
